Delivery
Pieces of Paris delivers worldwide. For international deliveries, customs charges and other taxes are not included in the price displayed on the site. These costs must be paid by you directly to the carrier upon receipt of the product.
Returns & exchanges
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any exchange, and return the items within 28 days of delivery.
Delivery time
The average delivery time from the date of payment is 3 to 15 working days. This average time is, however, only indicative and depends among other things on the nature of the items in the order and the country of destination. Compliance with delivery deadlines is not contractual. It is possible that the delivery period chosen by the customer is incompatible with the cultural constraints, in this case the customer will be informed by mail or by email and Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris will propose alternative delivery periods. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris reserves the right in this case to split deliveries. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris keeps you informed of the normal resumption of shipments. The same applies in the event of a strike in transport or in the postal network.
Customs and import taxes
Customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
