Cancellations are not accepted for custom frames, but please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order (if it arrived damaged).
Fields of Application and Modification of the General Conditions of Sale
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between the company Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris and its customer within the framework of a distance selling system, both parties accepting them without reservation. These conditions will prevail over all other conditions. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In case of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order. The parties agree that this contract is subject to French law.
Price
The products remain the property of Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris and its until full payment of the price. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris reserves the right to make promotions. These promotions are offered on fixed dates and on limited stocks. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris reserves the right to prioritize orders processed by credit card as well as to refuse payments by check.
Promotional codes are valid for a limited time. After the deadline indicated, your reduction will be permanently lost. Only one promotional code can be accepted when ordering.
Presentation of the product offer and availability
Our products are presented on the shop page and item sheets, in the form of images and descriptive texts. Our product and price offers are available while stocks last. Each product being unique, restocking times may vary. In the event of a definitive break: we will take the initiative to deliver an equivalent item to you, if possible, at no extra cost.
Ordering
Orders are placed online on the site: www.piecesofparis.fr JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order. When you click on the “VALIDATE AND PAY” button on the contents of your basket after the process of checking your order (summary step of your basket), you declare to accept this one as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris constitutes proof of all transactions between JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris and its customers. The contract is archived in computer form. The data recorded by the secure payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. In accordance with Article L121-10 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 clear days to withdraw your order, from the delivery of your package. To exercise this right you must return your package before the expiry of this period with an acknowledgment of receipt and against signature, at your expense and in the original packaging, to the address: Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – PIECES OF PARIS 90 rue Jules Lagaisse 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris will make the refund within 45 days of the return date.
Payment
The order is placed online and payable by credit card. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or serious doubt. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris also reserves the right to cancel any order without having to justify the reason and for reasons of its own. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris does not accept checks, money orders, or postage stamps. Any order implies acceptance of the prices. Retention of title clause: The products remain the property of Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris until full receipt of the order by Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris. However, upon complete receipt of the order by the customer, the risks of the goods delivered are transferred to the customer.
Data security and consumer protection
Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris controls all the orders that have been placed, regardless of the ordering method. These controls aim to protect Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris from abusive practices operated by fraudsters. As part of these procedures, our services may need to ask you for all the documents necessary to validate your order: proof of address and debit in your name, copy of valid identity document, etc. These requests are made by email and the documents can be sent to us by the same means within 72 hours from the date of the order under penalty of cancellation of the order concerned.
Articles
The Items offered for sale are those which appear on the Site on the day the Customer consults the Site, within the limits of available stocks. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris reserves the right to withdraw from sale, at any time, any Item present on the Site and / or to replace or modify any information associated with the Items appearing on this Site. The indications relating to the availability of the Articles are automatically updated in real time. However, an error in the update, whatever the origin, does not engage the responsibility of Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris. As such, Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an Order for an Item due to the exhaustion of stocks. In the event that an Item is unavailable, after placing his Order, the Customer is informed by e-mail, his order then being automatically canceled. The characteristics of the Items sold on the Site (photographs, graphics, descriptions of the Items, etc.) may vary over time. Only the characteristics of the Item displayed at the time of the Order must be taken into account by the Customer. In the event of errors or omissions relating to the description of an Item, the liability of Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris is limited to reimbursing the reasonable costs of returning the Item incurred by the Customer. The Customer may receive, following an Order, a part previously returned by another person. It is specified that Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris only accepts the return of Articles in their original conditions, these conditions being checked before returning the returned Articles to stock.
Right to retract
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has, from delivery, a period of 28 clear days to return the product ordered for exchange or reimbursement (excluding products that have been personalized). In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris will be required to reimburse the sums paid free of charge. The reimbursement will take place within a maximum period of 45 (forty five) days. The cost of return for withdrawal remains the responsibility of the customer. The item (s) must be returned in their original packaging, intact. It (they) must imperatively be accompanied by all possible accessories, documentation and various supports in their original state. Lucie JULIEN FAIMALI – Pieces of Paris reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the specifications mentioned above.
